Combine ½ cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream, ½ cup Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp parsley flakes and ½ cup mozzarella cheese in a cast iron or oven-safe skillet.
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add in ½ cup additional mozzarella cheese and stir until combined.
Allow this to cool for 1-2 minutes, top with remaining cheese and add to oven on broil for a few minutes until cheese on top is melted.
Top with fresh chopped basil, serve warm with baguette chips.
