Toffee Chip Fruit Dip

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms sour Cream, more to thin if needed
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup toffee chips, crunch them into small bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4-6 sliced apples
  • Lemon juice to put on apples so they don't brown
Cooking instructions
  1. Set out cream cheese to room temperature to soften for about 30-60 minutes
  2. Mix in sugars and vanilla extract to cream cheese to get as smooth as possible.
  3. Add sour cream in increments to get right consistency.
  4. Add toffee chips and gently stir in.
  5. Slice apples, and serve with dip. Use lemon juice on them so they don’t brown
