• ¾ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 ¾ cups Shamrock Farms® Heavy Whipping Cream or Shamrock Farms® Buttermilk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups Shamrock Farms® Original Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries
Cooking instructions
  1. In a small bowl, place the gelatin in cool water to soak for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the sugar, vanilla, salt and cream on low to medium heat (a gentle simmer) stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved (about five minutes).
  3. Whisk in the gelatin and water until combined, then remove from heat.
  4. Whisk in the sour cream and portion the panna cottas in glass jars or plastic container.
  5. Set in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish each panna cotta with strawberries.
