Shamrock Farms White Irish

Cooking instructions
  1. Vanilla Whipped Cream
    Add cold heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract and sea salt to kitchen aide using the wire whisk attachment.
  2. Whip on medium high until cream holds high peaks.
  3. Butterscotch Drizzle
    Heat heavy whipping cream in sauce pan until just before a boil, turn to low and add butterscotch chips.
  4. Whisk well and hold warm.
  5. Chilled Pint Glass
    Drizzle Caramel on the inside of the pint glass, creating a circle and allowing the caramel to drip down the sides.
  6. In a mixing tin, add Slane Irish Whiskey, Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream, Shamrock Farms Whole Milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Shake mixing tin vigorously until cream is frothy.
  8. Top the boozy shake with Vanilla Whipped Cream and garnish with Butterscotch Drizzle.
  9. Enjoy.
