Roasted Pepper with Bacon & Chive Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 pcs. Bacon (cooked, chopped & chilled)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (roasted & chilled, peeled & diced)
  • 2 T Olives of your choice (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 3 T Chive (chopped)
  • 2 T Italian flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1/8 tsp. Onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and the cream cheese.
  2. Add all other prepped ingredients and fold together until evenly dispersed.
  3. Add remaining 1 cup of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream to mixing bowl and combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours allowing flavors to marry.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite chip, crostini, vegetable or poached shrimp.
