• 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Lowfat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 large avocado (or two small)
  • 1/2 cup salsa of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning


Mash half of the avocado and cut the remaining half into cubes. Mix cottage cheese, salsa and taco seasoning together with the mashed avocado. Stir in the remaining avocado. That’s it!
