Black Bean Lettuce Wraps

  • 1/2 C. Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 C. frozen corn
  • 1 can diced green chili
  • Whole romaine leaves (washed)
  • 1/2 t. chili powder
  • 3/4 t. garlic salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • OPTIONAL tortillas
Cooking instructions
  1. Heat black beans, corn, chilis, seasonings on stovetop. When heated, add Shamrock Farms Sour Cream. Spread on romaine leaves and wrap.
  2. Optional: For a fuller meal, add whole lettuce wrap to a tortilla and wrap into a burrito.
