Baked Chile Rellenos

Ingredients
  • Baked Chile Rellenos
  • ¼ cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup swiss cheese
  • 8 poblano chiles, roasted and peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cheeses and spoon into chiles. Place in 13×9 inch baking dish, lightly mist with cooking spray.
  2. Beat eggs and Shamrock Farms mmmmilk with whisk until well blended and pour on top of cheese.
  3. Bake 35 minutes. Combine Shamrock Farms Sour Cream, garlic, cilantro and chives and serve with chiles.
