Bagel Dip

  • 16 oz Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 16 oz mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp accent seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill weed dried
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 oz sliced beef chopped
  • 6 bagels cut into pieces for dipping
Cooking instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  2. Add accent seasoning, dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix until combined.
  3. Fold in chopped sliced beef. If desired, leave out 1-2 tablespoons for decorating the top of the dip.
  4. Serve immediately with bagels for dipping. If desired, garnish with a little extra chopped beef and dill weed for presentation.
