• 3/4 cup Shamrock Farms heavy whipping cream
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup coffee
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Whipped Cream Layers:
• 1 bottle Shamrock Farms heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp cold coffee
• Cold mixing bowl
