Shamrock Farms Sour Cream Manicotti

Ingredients
  • 32 oz. container of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • Dash of pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Dash of salt
  • Minced parsley
  • Your choice of favorite Italian Tomato Sauce
Cooking instructions
  1. Place 1 cup flour, 1 cup water, dash of pepper and garlic salt mix in blender.
  2. Set electric frying pan at 350 degrees, pour batter in frying pan (approximately a 2–3 inch diameter shells) turn after 1 minute, additional minute on other side (set aside until ready for filling).
  3. Empty 32 oz. container of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream into mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, dash salt pepper and minced parsley. Mix well.
  4. Fill cooled shells with sour cream filling, place filled Manicotti shells in 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
  5. Cover with choice of favorite Italian Tomato Sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
