Midnight Espresso Eggnog-Whiskey Cocktail

  • 1 and 1/3 tablespoons of Shamrock Farms® Eggnog
  • 3 tbsp Slane Irish Whiskey®
  • Orange wedge
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp espresso, chilled
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 1 nutmeg, finely grated
Cooking instructions
  1. Rimmed glass instructions: Mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar on a small flat plate.
  2. Lightly rub rim of your glass with orange wedge.
  3. Coat the rim of your cocktail glass with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Cocktail instructions: Place 1 cup of ice in a martini tin.
  5. Pour espresso, Slane Irish Whiskey and Shamrock Farms Eggnog over ice.
  6. Shake well, until cocktail is frothy.
  7. Strain into cocktail glass.
  8. Final touches: Top the cocktail with egg whites beaten to stiff and garnish with cinnamon quill and finely grated nutmeg.
