• 1 1/4 cups Shamrock Farms buttermilk
• 1 cup Shamrock Farms sour cream
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups raisins
• 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
