• 3 oz shamrock dairy farms Irish Whiskey Eggnog
  • 1 oz shamrock dairy farms heavy cream
  • 1.5 oz Powers Irish Whiskey*
  • .75 oz Bailey's Irish cream*
  • .5 oz honey syrup
  • For garnish:
  • 1 ounce Pass the honey brand honeycomb + skewer
  • 1 stick of cinnamon + microplane grater
Cooking instructions
  1. Add all ingredients minus honeycomb into shaker. Next, add ice to shaker, cover & vigorously shake for roughly 15 seconds. Strain into 12oz glass. Can be served neat, over ice, or topped with Vanilla cold foam (recipe below), depending on preference
  2. Vanilla cold foam
    • 3oz heavy cream
    • 1 Tablespoon powder sugar
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
    1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl
    2. Using a milk frother, froth for about 45 seconds
    3. Spoon onto top of drink or reserve for later use
    4. Grate some cinnamon over foam & finally top with skewered honeycomb
  3. Honey Syrup
    Simply mix equal parts real honey & hot water together and set aside

    • For a nonalcoholic version- use your favorite nonalcoholic Irish whiskey & nonalcoholic Irish cream.
    • For a fun kid version- add Eggnog, heavy cream, honey syrup & a scoop of shamrock dairy vanilla ice cream to a blender with a small scoop of ice & blend! Top with a honeycomb & you’ll have a quick yummy, holiday, eggnog ice cream shake!
    • No frother? No problem, simply whisk everything together in a bowl until it thickens & becomes frothy!
