Add all ingredients minus honeycomb into shaker. Next, add ice to shaker, cover & vigorously shake for roughly 15 seconds. Strain into 12oz glass. Can be served neat, over ice, or topped with Vanilla cold foam (recipe below), depending on preference
Vanilla cold foam
Ingredients:• 3oz heavy cream • 1 Tablespoon powder sugar• ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl2. Using a milk frother, froth for about 45 seconds3. Spoon onto top of drink or reserve for later use4. Grate some cinnamon over foam & finally top with skewered honeycomb
Simply mix equal parts real honey & hot water together and set aside
