Eggnog Meltaway Cookies

  • ¼ cup of Shamrock Farms® Eggnog
  • 1 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of corn starch
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of butter softened
  • 1-2 cups of powdered sugar for rolling (set aside)
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper (or spray with cooking spray).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Mix the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and Shamrock Farms Eggnog and mix to incorporate. Add the dry ingredients and mix to form a thicker dough.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake 13 minutes, or until lightly brown on the bottom.
  5. Remove trays from oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
  6. Dip cookies in powdered sugar and serve.
