Egg Noodles, Bacon, Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 4 oz. of Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Box of Egg Noodles
  • 1 lb. of Bacon
Cooking instructions
  1. Fry bacon while noodles are cooking.
  2. Drain noodles once done to your liking.
  3. Crumble the bacon and put in pan with noodles.
  4. Add a great big dollop of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream (approx. half a container) and add about the same of Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese.
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  6. Mix and serve. Kids love it!
