Crispy Sour Cream & Onion Chicken

  • 1 cup of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat over to 400 F.
  2. In one bowl, mix together sour cream, salt, pepper, minced garlic and onion powder.
  3. In a second bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and chopped green onions.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken first in the sour cream mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Once the chicken breast is completely covered, put on baking sheet. Repeat until all pieces are done.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 25 minutes (for crispier chicken, you may want to keep it in oven for another 5-10 minutes). Enjoy!
