• 2 ½ TBSP Butter
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 4 cups Shamrock Farms Whole Milk
  • 16 oz macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 ½ cups fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly shaved parmesan cheese (or other cheese of your choice)
Cooking instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. When melted add the flour and whisk until creamy and combined (around 30 seconds or so).
  2. Add water and whisk until combined and starting to thicken (about 1 minute).
  3. Add milk and whisk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the macaroni and spices. Continue stirring until it comes to a simmer.
  5. Stir frequently until macaroni is done (8-10 minutes depending on the pasta).
  6. When the pasta is done, remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheese.
  7. Serve hot topped with fresh parsley (if desired).

    ● Add in leftover meat or veggies.
    ● If reheating leftovers, add a little Shamrock Farms milk to thin the sauce a bit.
