Creamy Buttermilk Cauliflower Mash

Cooking instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower florets until fork tender (about 10 minutes on the stovetop).
  2. Let the cauliflower cool for 5-15 minutes.
  3. While cauliflower is cooling, add butter and garlic to a skillet and sauté on medium for 2-5 minutes until garlic is fragrant and slightly browned.
  4. Add cauliflower, Shamrock Farms Buttermilk, garlic/butter mix, salt, and pepper into the food processor and process until smooth.
