Chilled Creamy Cucumbers

Ingredients
  • 1 Container of Shamrock Sour Cream
  • 3 Cucumbers
Cooking instructions
  1. Peel 3 cucumbers thinly (potato peeler or slicer).
  2. Let drain in colander for 1 hour.
  3. Add Shamrock Sour Cream and mix.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve as a side dish on a hot day. No cooking!
