Chicken Machaca

  • 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms milk whisked into eggs
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 4 whole eggs whisked
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • salt and pepper mixed in egg mixture
  • 12 flour tortillas or corn tortillas whatever preferred
Cooking instructions
  1. Heat skillet up with a tablespoon of canola oil.
  2. Fry onion till clear add diced green chiles.
  3. Place shredded chicken in skillet with onion and chiles.
  4. Heat up all together. Serve and enjoy!
