Baked Eggnog Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms® Eggnog
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease a 9”x9” baking pan
  3. Mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a large bowl
  4. In a medium bowl whisk eggs, Shamrock Farms eggnog, and butter together until well blended
  5. Pour wet mixture into the dry and mix well
  6. Transfer mixture to baking pan and spread into the pan
  7. Bake for 30-45 min until golden on the edges
  8. Let sit for a few minutes and then serve warm with a little Shamrock Farms Eggnog or Shamrock Farms® Milk poured over the top
