• 2 cups cold Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream
  • 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
Cooking instructions
  1. Beat heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. In a separate large bowl mix together condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
  3. Fold heavy cream into the milk mixture until just combined (try not to over mix).
  4. Carefully fold in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers.
  5. Scoop into a freezer-safe container and top with extra marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers if desired.
  6. Freeze overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.
