Loaded Baked Potato Dip

  • 8 oz Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking instructions
  1. Mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Crumble bacon piece and fold into mixture, saving a few pieces for garnish.
  3. Top with remaining bacon pieces. Serve with chips, potato wedges or pretzels. Enjoy!
