• 3 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 TBSP caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 - 16oz container of Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅔ - 1 cup raisins (depending on preference)
Cooking instructions
  1. Grease a 9” springform pan and pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, caraway seeds, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs and sour cream in another bowl with hand mixer.
  4. Using hand mixer, mix together sour cream and flour mixture.
  5. Fold in raisins, kneading the dough together as you mix.
  6. Place dough in the springform pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool on a cooling rack for 10-15 minutes before removing pan and serving.
