HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients
  • 2 oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • ½ of a 1oz package ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (cayenne pepper sauce)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Celery sticks, bread, tortilla chips, or crackers for dipping
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in chicken.
  4. Spread mixture into a small to medium casserole dish
  5. Top with shredded cheese
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
  7. Optional: broil for 1-3 minutes (watch it to make sure it doesn’t over cook) to slightly brown cheese on the top.
  8. Top with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles.
  9. Serve warm with celery sticks, sliced bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
