Shamrock Farms Recipes Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
1 can artichoke hearts
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking instructions

Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients and put in a 2-quart baking dish.
Top with extra dill and Parmesan if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
Serve with hot bread, crackers, etc.
