Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking instructions
  1. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients and put in a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Top with extra dill and Parmesan if desired.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
  5. Serve with hot bread, crackers, etc.
