French Toast Eggnog Martini

  •                1 cup butterscotch schnapps
  •                1 cup cinnamon schnapps
  •                1 cup Shamrock Farms Traditional Eggnog
  • Garnish
  •                1 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  •                2 tbsp sugar
  •                1 cup crushed cinnamon toast crunch
Cooking instructions
  1. In a food processor, add cinnamon toast crunch and pulse until fine dust and hold for service
  2. In a large pitcher, combine butterscotch schnapps, cinnamon schnapps and Shamrock Farms Traditional Eggnog
  3. Whisk to combine and hold in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour, maximum 4 hours
  4. Using an electric whisk combine Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream and sugar then whip until stiff peaks form 
  5. Pour 5oz of your French Toast eggnog into a chilled martini glass
  6. Top with a generous dollop of Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream (to whip reference step 4) 
  7. Garnish with cinnamon toast crunch dust
