• 2 pieces whole wheat pita bread or flatbread
  • ½ cup Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • 1-2 tsp fresh oregano
  • Sea salt
  • 4-6 leaves fresh basil
Cooking instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Warm pita bread in oven for 1 min on a non-stick baking sheet
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp pesto on each pita
  4. Drop 4 Tbsp Shamrock farms cottage cheese onto each pita and gently spread around
  5. Sprinkle each pita with ½ the parmesan, mozzarella, and oregano
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top if desired
  7. Heat in oven for 5-8 minutes or until pita is as crisp as you’d like and cheese is heated through
  8. Top with fresh basil and enjoy
