Tis the season to visit Arizona’s hometown dairy for our annual holiday celebration, Joy to the Herd.
Experience the magic of the holidays on a working dairy farm, where we’ve transformed our Welcome Center Barn into a winter wonderland with holiday crafts, face painting and more! And no holiday celebration would be complete without photos with Santa and a visit from Shamrock Farms’ own jolly spokescow, Roxie!
The holiday cheer continues aboard our festively decorated cow-spotted tram as you take a fun, educational guided Farm Tour, get up close and personal with 10,000 cows and discover how our pure, fresh milk gets from the farm to your table. You’ll also see up to 200 cows being milked at our milking barn and meet some of the newest members of our herd at Roxie’s Calf Barn.
Reservations and pre-payment are required.
Tickets are $15 for adults and children and include all activities. Children under 2 are free. Lunch will be available for an additional cost.

Welcome Barn: 8am – 4pm
Tours offered Sat. – Sun. at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations for Joy to the Herd require full payment at the time of booking the reservation online. If your plans change, you may cancel your reservation up to 14-days prior to the original date booked and receive a full refund. Any cancellations that fall in between November 19, 2026 – December 5, 2026 are non-refundable. Cancellations are considered to be a reduction to the number of guests or a cancellation of the entire reservation. Please note that permitted modifications are subject to availability and are limited to adding guests to the reservation or making changes to the tour time and date and must be worked through a reservationist by calling 602-477-2462.
Guests will simply need to check in for their special Joy to the Herd tour at “Tour Check In” in the Welcome Barn at Shamrock Farms Farm in Stanfield, AZ. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the event before their tour time.
