Spiked Pumpkin Spice Eggnog Latte

  •                2 ½ cups Shamrock Farms Pumpkin Spice Eggnog
  •                1 cup Irish whiskey
  •                4 shots espresso
  •                ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • Garnish
  •                1 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  •                1 tbsp sugar
  •                candied pumpkin seeds
  •                cinnamon stick
  • Candied Pumpkin Seeds
  •                1 cup raw pumpkin seeds in shell
  •                ¼ cup brown sugar
  •                2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  •                1 tsp ground cinnamon
  •                ¼ tsp salt
Cooking instructions
  1. Cocktail 
  2. Using an electric hand mixer combine Shamrock Farms Pumpkin Spice Whipping Cream and sugar then whip until stiff peaks form 
  3. In a medium pot mix cocktail ingredients and whisk together
  4. Bring to a low simmer then remove from heat
  5. Pour finished latte into glass latte cup
  6. Top with a generous dollop of Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream and garnish with candied pumpkin seeds and a cinnamon stick (to whip reference step 1) 
  7. Candied Pumpkin Seeds
  8. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. In a medium size mixing bowl add all ingredients and toss until evenly coated
  11. Spread across the baking sheet 
  12. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until pumpkin seeds are golden brown
