Spiked Peppermint & White Chocolate Eggnog Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
  • Cocktail
  •                2 ½ cups Shamrock Farms Irish Whiskey Eggnog
  •                1 cup Irish whiskey
  •                ½ cup white chocolate sauce
  •                ¼ cup peppermint schnapps
  •                1 vanilla bean, split
  • Garnish
  •                1 cup Shamrock Farms Vanilla Bourbon Whipping Cream
  •                1 tbsp sugar
  •               
  •                peppermint candy, crushed
Cooking instructions
  1. Using an electric hand mixer combine Shamrock Farms Vanilla Bourbon Whipping Cream and sugar then whip until stiff peaks form 
  2. In a medium pot mix cocktail ingredients and whisk together
  3. Bring to a low simmer then remove from heat
  4. Remove vanilla bean
  5. Pour finished hot cocoa into glass mugs
  6. Top with a generous dollop of Shamrock Farms Vanilla Bourbon Whipping Cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candy (to whip reference step 1)
