Ingredients

  • 1 c of Shamrock Farms heavy cream
  • 4 c Shamrock Farms whole mmmmilk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c sugar, divided
  • 1 c water

Directions

Cook 3 cups of sugar and water until golden brown and amber in color. Pour into ramekins and put in a water bath.

Stir remain ingredients until boiling or hot. Strain liquid then pour into ramekins. Cook for 1 hr & 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
