- 1 c of Shamrock Farms heavy cream
- 4 c Shamrock Farms whole mmmmilk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 eggs
- 4 c sugar, divided
- 1 c water
Cook 3 cups of sugar and water until golden brown and amber in color. Pour into ramekins and put in a water bath.
Stir remain ingredients until boiling or hot. Strain liquid then pour into ramekins. Cook for 1 hr & 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
