Mango Berry Smoothie
A healthy smoothie that’s great as a drink or even a light lunch.
- 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped mango
- 1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Combine mango, milk, yogurt, strawberries and sugar in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
