Gingerbread Eggnog Cocktail

  • Coated Rim
  •                ½ cup sugar
  •                1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Cocktail
  •                1 cup vodka
  •                ½ cup chocolate liquor
  •                2 cups Shamrock Farms Traditional Eggnog
  •                2 tsbp molasses
  •                1 tsp ground ginger
  • Garnish
  •                1 cup Shamrock Farms Homemade Vanilla Whipping Cream
  •                1 tbsp sugar
  •                chocolate syrup
  •                4oz crumbled gingerbread cookies
Cooking instructions
  1. On a wide, flat plate combine sugar and cinnamon
  2. Rim edge of coupe glass with cinnamon-sugar and place in freezer
  3. In a medium bowl, add vodka, chocolate liqueur, Shamrock Farms Traditional Eggnog, molasses and ground ginger
  4. Whisk to combine and hold in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour, maximum 4 hours
  5. Using an electric hand mixer combine Shamrock Farms Homemade Vanilla Whipping Cream and sugar then whip until stiff peaks form
  6. Ladle 6oz of your Gingerbread Eggnog into a chilled and rimmed coupe glass
  7. Top with a generous dollop of Shamrock Farms Homemade Vanilla Whipping Cream (to whip reference step 5) 
  8. Garnish with 1oz of crumbled gingerbread cookies and a drizzle of chocolate syrup
