Try new smoothies by using other frozen berries and other flavors of yogurt. If the berries are already sweetened, you will not need to use honey.
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp. honey
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth.
