• 16oz Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1lb cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 20oz diced tomatoes and green chilies


  1. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  2. Place cheese in a pot with diced tomatoes and green chilies. Place over medium heat and continuously stir until the cheese is fully melted.
  3. Once the cheese is fully melted, remove from heat and mix in the Shamrock Farms Sour Cream.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
