- 16oz Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1lb cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 20oz diced tomatoes and green chilies
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Place cheese in a pot with diced tomatoes and green chilies. Place over medium heat and continuously stir until the cheese is fully melted.
- Once the cheese is fully melted, remove from heat and mix in the Shamrock Farms Sour Cream.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
