Shamrock Farms Recipes Holiday Eggnog Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Eggnog
1/4 cup water
1 egg
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/4 teaspoons active yeast
1/3 cup mixed candied fruits and peels
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
additional/spare Shamrock Farms Eggnog

Cooking instructions

Add all ingredients except for the powdered sugar into a 2-pound bread machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
Select the basic white bread cycle.
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and additional Shamrock Farms Eggnog (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make a glaze.
Drizzle the cooled loaf with glaze.
