Chilled Creamy Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 1 Container of Shamrock Sour Cream
  • 3 Cucumbers

Directions

Peel 3 cucumbers thinly (potato peeler or slicer). Let drain in colander for 1 hour. Add Shamrock Sour Cream and mix. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve as a side dish on a hot day. No cooking
