Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms milk whisked into eggs
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 4 whole eggs whisked
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • salt and pepper mixed in egg mixture
  • 12 flour tortillas or corn tortillas whatever preferred

Directions

  1. Heat skillet up with atablespoon of canola oil. Fry onion till clear add diced green chiles. Place shredded chicken in skillet w/ onion and chiles heat up all together

  2. Pour 1 tablespoon water in skillet with chicken mixture cover for 5 miutes heat on med/ low let it heat up then add egg mixture in skillet. Combine egg mix with shredded up chicken mixture, blend till egg mixture cooks completely cover and put on low. Heat flour or corn tortillas till warm serve egg machca with tortillas enjoy...
