Udderly Delicious Double Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Walnut Banana Bread

Yield: 3 Loaves
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Traditional Sour Cream
- 8 oz butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter, to grease
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix to combine.
Add dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Add the bananas and Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and mix to combine.
Add the chocolate chips and walnuts mix to combine.
Divide batter equally into three bread tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire rack. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
