Fruit Brulee
Delight your family with this unique desert featuring Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced peaches
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- Cracked ice
Directions
Fill bottom of 9-inch ovenproof baking dish or glass pie pan with fruit. Combine Shamrock Farms Lowfat Sour Cream and vanilla and mix until blended; cover fruit with sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours, until thoroughly chilled. Preheat broiler on high heat. Sprinkle brown sugar over sour cream mixture until completely covered. Place baking dish over a pan of equal size that has been filled with cracked ice. Put the stacked pans under the broiler and cook, watching carefully, until the sugar caramelizes. Serve immediately.
