Cool Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 2 3.4 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
- 20 oz can crused pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (pre-baked)
Directions
Mix together Shamrock Farms Sour Cream, instant vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple and vanilla, pour into pie crust and chill for 1 hour. Serve chilled and let everyone think that this cool delicious pie took hours to make. (You can also use fresh and frozen strawberries, cherry pie filling, and blueberries instead of pineapple, and have great results.)
