Butter Brickle Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream, whipped
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 Heath candy bars or 1/2 cup toffee bites
  • 1 box (3 1/2-ounce) butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

Crush graham crackers; mix with melted butter and press into a 8"x8" inch pan. Beat vanilla ice cream, pudding and Shamrock Farms mmmmilk. Pour this mixture on the graham cracker crust. Store in refrigerator until pudding is set. Cover with whipped Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream and sprinkle crushed candy bar chip on top. (Can double the recipe and use a 9"x13" pan.)
