Fluffy Eggs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Spray a pan with non-stick spray and set on low heat. Beat the eggs with a fork until mixed thoroughly. Stir in Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese, Shamrock Farms mmmmilk, and shredded cheese. Pour into pan and stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with a side of salsa or fruit. We like these better than heavier breakfasts in the summer.
