Salmon Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • 1 can boneless skinless salmon, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 - 8-ounce package shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 - 16-ounce package wide egge noodles
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 of a small white onion, finely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While noodles are boiling, combine in a saucepan all ingredients except cheese. Heat just to boiling. Remove from heat and add cooked noodles and cheese. Stir until mixed well. Convert to a 8"x9" casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
