Mama's Amazing Noodle Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 - 8-ounce cans tomato sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
- 1 package wide egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger, at salt, garlic and pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook noodles according to package. Blend cream cheese, Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and onion together. In oblong casserole dish, put layer of noodles, cheese sauce, then meat sauce. Repeat, and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
