Eggnog Mallow Dessert

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream, whipped
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon rum flavoring
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
Directions
Melt marshmallows with Shamrock Farms mmmmilk is a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Gradually add eggs. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add rum flavoring. Chill until slightly thickened, mix well until blended. Fold in whipped Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream and spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill several hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Top with a maraschino cherry.
