Potato Puff

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Samrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese, sieved or use blender
  • 8-10 Idaho potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend all together and place in a 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round or square casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. This dish is easy, and can be prepared a day or two in advance of serving- always a plus for a busy hostess.
