Ingredients

  • 32 oz Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 - 6 1/2-ounce cans chopped clams
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions

Drain juice from clams and pur over vegetable in small saucepan; add enough water to baredly cover and simmer, covered until barely tender. In the mean time, melt butter in larger pan, add flour and blend; cook wile stirring constantly. Add the undrained vegetables, clams and vinegar and heat through.
